Approved Providers have voluntarily committed to the Solar, Energy Storage and Related Services Code of Conduct, designed to put customers first, and have been independently vetted.

 

Approved Providers will:

 

     Provide a 10 day “cooling-off” period after the contract has been signed.

     Start work when they say they will.

     Get your approval for any changes.

     Provide a 5 year warranty for their work.

     Ensure that their materials comply with Australian standards and consumer law.

     Will provide a refund if you choose to withdraw, taking into account how much work has been completed.
